After misspending her youth at Glasgow University studying Italian and at Glasgow School of Art propping up the bar, not subscribing to the “same shit, different bucket” theory of emigration, Anna moved to Italy and spent several fun-filled years teaching vodka as a foreign language.

However translation has always been her first love, and soon the lure of truck engine manuals proved irresistable. Luckily things soon diversified and she was able to move into art and design. She currently works for various universities, galleries and publishers throughout Europe.
