Mauer Mob: Recreating the Berlin Wall

On a previous post we mentioned the project “Recreating the Berlin Wall”, a massive flash mob art action project initiated by Martin Butler, a unique and participatory event that aims to recreate the full length of the once dividing wall with the presence of 33,000 people from 8 – 8.30 pm on November 9 2009.
The event’s official website mauer-mob.com was launched on October 12, where it is now possible to adhere to the project by choosing one of the 330 participating groups and selecting a position along the wall, group areas can be viewed on the website with Google maps.
